Return & Exchange Information
- If you wish to have a refund or exchange, please send us a message with your order number.
- You will then be issued with all the appropriate information on how to return/exchange.
- You must request to return your items within 30 working days of receipt of goods. We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used for the purchase.
- Please note processing timelines are dependent on your bank and are unfortunately out of our control. This refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding shipping or return courier costs.
- Please ensure you request and retain a proof of postage receipt for your returned goods.
- We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
